Jimmy is a highly accomplished global finance and operational executive with a proven record of achievement maximizing revenue growth, cash flow and right sizing businesses for profitable and sustainable growth in highly competitive markets. His broad industry experience includes financial and operational leadership of Fortune 1000 global corporations, private equity backed businesses and start-up organizations. Jimmy is an avid distance-runner who resides in North Carolina with his wife and multiple rescue dogs.

Sherri has been growing her career in operations for decades. As Vice President, Operations, she oversees EDM Americas’ operations, facilities and service delivery, and is acutely focused on ensuring the team’s health, safety, and well-being.
Her deep knowledge of the information technology and print services industries makes her an invaluable resource for our clients. Before coming to EDM Americas, Sherri served as Prudential Financial’s Manager of Print and Mail in Millville, NJ.
Vice President, Operations
Antony joined EDM Americas in 2015 as its Director of Professional Services and was promoted to Vice President, Professional Services and IT Infrastructure in 2022. He brings a wealth of technical expertise in enterprise software, business process improvement, enterprise content management and business analysis. He is a frequent face on exploratory calls with new clients and is always striving to bring the right solution to solve each client's challenges.

As EDM Americas’ corporate controller, Donna manages a robust finance team and oversees all reporting, forecasting, revenues and payroll. She handles financial statements and analysis, and identifies departmental opportunities for efficiencies and growth. Donna has been making big impacts since she joined the EDM Americas' team.
Anita brings decades of experience to her role as Senior Director, Compliance, Governance and Risk. She’s immersed in work with highly regulated environments in the Public, Private and Government sectors across the globe, and also administers EDM Americas Designated 3rd Party (D3P) service to satisfy an essential compliance requirement of SEC Rule 17a-4. Anita ensures EDM Americas maintains HIPAA, SOC2 and ISO certifications at all facilities.
Senior Director, Compliance, Governance and Risk
Bill leads EDM Americas’ continuous improvement initiatives and oversees the quality management system. He manages critical vendor relationships with off-shore partners as well as the company’s yearly ISO 9001:2015 certification effort. Bill enjoys digging into the various, unique situations presented by clients to find actionable solutions. He is a certified Sr. Internal Lead Auditor with a degree in industrial engineering and management science from Penn State University Park.

EDM Americas, Inc. was founded in 1982 in Scranton, PA (as Diversified Technologies) to provide box file storage and retrieval services to companies in the Northeast United States. In the mid-80s, the company expanded its presence nationwide and signed up one of its first key customers who is still partnered with EDM Americas to this day.
Through acquisitions and service line expansions, partnerships with more strategic, long-term clients drove EDM Americas to evolve into a focused, modern-day provider of information digitization solutions. We focus on highly regulated, high-volume transaction sectors such as insurance and financial services.
A team of over 275 dedicated associates helps EDM Americas’ clients transform critical, but non-core, business processes. We use deep transaction processing workflow experience and best-in-class technology to lower costs, drive resource efficiencies, maintain security, ensure compliance and improve outcomes for our customers.
From 2013-2021, EDM Americas was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rainbow Holdco Limited and operated as a sub-brand of EDM Group. In April of 2021, EDM Group became part of Restore PLC, the UK’s leading provider of integrated information and data management services, secure technology recycling and commercial relocation solutions. As EDM Americas' business had been operating independently in the US for so long, the transition was seamless and without impact to existing operations.
